SMS Messaging Terms

TruAxis Cargo Inc. sends operational text messages to drivers, customers, shippers and brokers who have agreed to receive them: pickup and delivery confirmations, load and shipment status updates, changes to load or routing details, dispatch assignments, document requests and compliance notices, and replies to questions you send us. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Consent is collected verbally. Before we add a number, a dispatcher asks whether you agree to receive delivery and dispatch notification texts from TruAxis Cargo, and tells you that you may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for support, that message and data rates may apply, and that message frequency varies. We add the number only after you say yes, and we record the date consent was given. Agreeing is not a condition of doing business with us.

Message frequency varies with your loads and dispatch activity. Message and data rates may apply. TruAxis Cargo does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier may.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply START, or ask dispatch, to opt back in. Opting out of texts does not stop us calling or emailing you about a load. For help, reply HELP, call 463-290-9064, or email dispatch@truaxiscargo.com.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and we cannot guarantee delivery. Do not rely on text messages as your only source of time-critical information; confirm anything that matters with dispatch. Keep your number current with dispatch so that load information does not go to someone else.

We do not sell, rent, share or disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information. You must be 18 or older to consent. We may update these terms and will post any update on this page with a revised effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
